Challenge Regulation “No Limits Pyrenees”

 

It is created to bring together some of the cyclosportive events that are organized in the Pyrenees and take place in several countries. It is a challenge aimed at promoting the Pyrenees and some events as well as encouraging cyclists to participate in these events that take place in transboundary territories.

What events are part of this program?

  • The 3 Nations Cyclosportive organized on June 10, 2023, in Puigcerda (Spain)
  • Quebrantahuesos Gran Fondo organized on June 17, 2023, in Sabiñanigo (Spain)
  • L’Ariégeoise Cyclosportive organized on June 24, 2023, in Tarascon-sur-Ariège (France)

The registration opening for the No Limits Pyrénées challenge will start from January 30, 2023.

Article 1: By registering for the “No Limits Pyrénées” challenge, participants register for all 3 events and must be present at each of these three events, it is not possible to register for one or two events only.

Article 2: Registrations for this challenge will be done online on the website www.cyclosport-ariegeoise.com which will transmit this information to the other two concerned organizations.

An insurance included in the registration fee is contracted for each participant. It is mandatory.

Article 3: The participant accepts the regulations of the 3 events registered for the challenge.

Article 4: Race numbers are assigned for each event and will be different depending on each.

Article 5: Registration closes on April 16, 2023, or when the number of 50 participants is reached.

Article 6: There is no ranking for the challenge for the 2023 Edition.

Article 7: It will not be possible to cancel registration for the “No Limits Pyrénées” challenge. In the event that one or more of the three events cannot take place in 2023, the registration(s) may be transferred to the following year for the cancelled event(s).

Article 8: Only those who complete all three events on the reference cyclosportive routes of each of the 3 organizations will be considered as Finishers of “No Limits Pyrénées”.

Participations will not be validated for the following reasons:

– unfinished courses

– failure to respect the closing time limits of the corresponding courses

– absence from the podium at the time of the challenge protocols

Article 9: Rewards:

Once the “No Limits Pyrénées” challenge is completed, each confirmed participant by the organization will receive an exclusive jersey at their home to reward the success of their challenge.

All participants in the three events will also receive a diploma confirming their participation in the challenge.

Participating in the “No Limits Pyrénées” challenge allows for a direct entry, without going through the draw, for registration for the current year’s Quebrantahuesos.

Article 10: CNIL:

In accordance with the legislation in force, the participant has the right to access, rectify or oppose the computerized personal data concerning him/her. These may be used, transferred, rented or exchanged, notably between the three organizations.
