SAS start

The start checkpoint will open at 6.30 am. The start will be in Tarascon/Ariège.

  • 8.00 am for the Ariégeoise,
  • 8.30 am for the Mountagnole
  • 8.50 am for the Elles font l’Ariégeoise race
  • 9.00 am for the Passejad’Elec, the Passejade and the Rapaillou.

Before the start, you must pass through the “parc coureur” (runners’ park) corresponding to the chosen circuit to check your electronic chips. A chip check may be carried out at the timekeeper’s stand after the race numbers have been collected.

Cyclosportifs who have obtained an honourable classification in another event and who are required to show proof (diploma, classification) will be given priority on the start line, subject to the number of places available. The 1st, 2nd and 3rd categories will also be given priority on the start line, but these categories will only be taken into account for the scratch classification (F.F.C. regulations).

In addition to the usual criteria, an Otakam index of less than 25 for men and less than 50 for women will give you access to a priority number (on request).

All priority numbers on the start line are credited with the same time. The top 3 finishers in each race will be ranked according to the number of times they cross the finish line, not according to time.
